«SUCCEED IN BUSINESS» is a powerful one-year training program designed to enhance your entrepreneurial skills and empower you to operate a company on a global scale.
Throughout the course, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how businesses function and meet remarkable entrepreneurs from three countries – Latvia, Estonia and Finland. Expect a fun yet effective training process filled with interactivity and game-based learning elements. You will travel, explore business environments of neighbouring regions and gain valuable insights – potentially even about your future company!

Co-funded by the European Union, this course is entirely free for participants. Upon completing the program, you will receive a certificate from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies and Tampere University of Applied Sciences. 1 year of training
We will begin studies in December 2025 and conclude in November 2026. Don’t worry; you will be able to balance our training with your other commitments!
3 countries
The course is jointly delivered by expert organisations from Latvia, Estonia and Finland. You will study in English in an international group. Travel included!
17 workshops
The program consists of 7 face-to-face workshops held in Riga, Tartu and Tampere, along with 10 online seminars. On average, you can expect 1-2 events per month.
18 mentors
Experienced mentors will provide invaluable support to trainees as they develop their business ideas, offering guidance on various aspects of entrepreneurship.
45 trainees
There is room for only 45 trainees – 15 from each country. Act quickly to secure your place and take advantage of this unique chance.

There is no tuition fee for the course! We also cover travel and accommodation expenses and meals during face-to-face workshops.

This is the best way to learn all details about the «SUCCEED IN BUSINESS» program, ask questions and share your expectations in an interactive setting.
