NEXT-LEVEL SALES course is designed to enhance your ability to compete for employment and internship opportunities in Client Success and related positions in Latvia and abroad.
Learn internationally
Client Success Managers often work across countries, cultures and languages – and our training reflects that reality. You will learn in English together with participants from Latvia, Estonia and Finland, and attend workshops held in Riga, Tallinn and Tampere – all free of charge! You will compare labour markets of the three countries, explore how customer relationships and employer expectations differ across borders, and connect with many experienced trainers, sales professionals, career experts and recruiters.
NEXT-LEVEL SALES programme is co-funded by the European Union and delivered by three respected higher education institutions: Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, Estonian Business School and Tampere University of Applied Sciences. Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate jointly issued by the partner institutions – a powerful addition to your CV and a valuable advantage when pursuing career opportunities in Europe and beyond.

Hello! I’m Jelena.
I have spent years designing and delivering international training programmes that help participants recognise their strengths, build practical competencies and pursue new professional opportunities in Latvia and abroad. I believe that people often have more potential than they realise. Sometimes, they simply need the right environment to discover it.
To join our programme, you do not need previous sales experience, a business degree or a ready-made career plan. Curiosity, commitment and a willingness to experiment, cooperate and grow are more important.

Next-Level Sales in numbers
8 months of training
The programme will run from November 2026 to June 2027. The schedule is designed to fit around your work, studies and other commitments.
3 countries
The course is jointly delivered by partner universities from Latvia, Estonia and Finland. You will study in English as part of an international team. Travel included!
12 workshops
The programme includes 12 workshops in Riga, Tallinn and Tampere. You can expect one or two dynamic and inspiring events per month.
140 learning hours
Our comprehensive training will give you enough time to gain knowledge, develop new skills and build confidence at a comfortable pace.
45 trainees
Only 45 participants will be selected – 15 from each country. Apply early and do not miss this unique opportunity!

The programme is completely free of charge. We also cover your travel and accommodation costs, as well as meals during workshops.

Learn how to design and build an AI-based assistant for daily Client Success tasks. Use AI responsibly to automate routine processes, improve quality and save time while developing digital skills that strengthen your professional profile.
Mystery shopping module
Step into the role of a mystery shopper and anonymously evaluate how selected companies interact with their clients. Turn your observations into practical recommendations and present your findings to business representatives.
Matchmaking with employers
Connect directly with employers who are looking for Client Success talent in Latvia, Estonia and Finland at our dedicated matchmaking events. Present your skills and explore real job or internship opportunities.

We are proud to support young people aged 18-29 with a language-related education or professional background, including translators and interpreters, linguists, philologists, language instructors, proofreaders, copywriters, content writers and others. We recognise that the rapid development of AI may be putting your current or future employment at risk. That is why we offer practical training in Client Success designed to broaden your job opportunities.
The good news is that you do not need to leave your language skills behind – they already provide a strong foundation for a career in Client Success Management. If you live in Latvia, you are 18-29 years old and your level of English is upper-intermediate or higher, sign up for our introductory conference to learn more.

Before the training begins, join our introductory event on 21 October 2026 at Tallink Hotel Riga, Elizabetes Street 24, and discover what NEXT-LEVEL SALES can offer you. You will learn more about the Client Success Manager profession, get all the important details about the programme, meet other potential participants and try practical tasks that will bring out your inner Client Success Manager.
